Shipping & Returns

Shipment info

Parcels are sent with DPD, PostNL or Bpost. Orders can be easily tracked by clicking on the Track&Trace code on the order status page.

We are currently not shipping outside the EU. 


Delivery times*

Belgium & the Netherlands: 1 to 3 working days.

France: 2-5 working days
Germany: 2-5 working days
Other EU countries: 3 to 10 working days.

Parcels to the Netherlands and Belgium are also delivered on Saturdays.

If for whatever reason we cannot meet these delivery times, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

*Delivery times above apply only to non-personalisable products. 



Shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands is completely free.

The shipping cost for France and Germany is €7.95, for other EU countries the shipping costs are up to 29.95.

If you have placed two separate orders in one day, and the first has not yet shipped, the second payment of shipping costs will be refunded.


Returns are completely free. You have 30 days to change your mind.

To return, all you need to do is contact us on through WhatsApp (+32471369661) or send an e-mail to within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you a shipping label. 

Let us know why you are returning the product, so we can take your feedback into the future. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days after receipt of the return.

Product must not contain any signs of use or be damaged in order to get a full refund. However, if wear or damage has occurred, we are entitled to settle that damage against the amount to be refunded. This damage can occur when you have done more with the product than is necessary to assess whether you want to keep it and to check its main characteristics.
