Shipping information & shipping costs
We ship all our orders with reliable courier services such as PostNL, Bpost or DPD. You can track the status of your order on the order status page.
Shipping costs to other EU countries amount to € 29.95 and are calculated at checkout.
We also ship to United Kingdom. Eventual import fees are not included in the shipment costs.
You can always find the estimated delivery time on our product pages.
Please note that this is only an estimate and there may be delays with the courier services. However, your order will always be shipped the next working day at the latest, unless stated otherwise.
You will receive from us as soon as your order is ready for shipment an email with a tracking code . This allows you to track your package and stay informed of the status of the delivery. This way you always know where your order is and when you can expect it.
FYI : on average, delivery to Belgium and the Netherlands takes 1 to 3 working days, while the delivery time to all other EU countries can take up to 7 working days.
Please note : the above average delivery times do not apply to personalized products. With personalized products, the delivery time may be longer due to the extra production process that is necessary to meet your specific wishes.
We would like to point out that once your order has left our warehouse and has been handed over to the courier service, we no longer have any influence on the further course of the delivery. However, we always strive to keep the delivery times stated on the product pages as accurate as possible.

You can return products free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The return process is simple, go to our returns portal and follow the steps indicated:
Let us know why you are returning the product, so that we can take your feedback into account in the future. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days after receipt of the return.
Personalized products can only be returned in case of production errors or damage that occurred during delivery. It is important that you inform us of this within three calendar days of receipt.
Please note: to get a full refund of the purchase price, the product must be returned in its original condition and without traces of use. If wear or damage has occurred, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from the amount to be refunded. Please note that the product should only be used to assess whether you want to keep it and to check the main features.
