General terms and conditions for the, website of Goodweb.

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions concluded online with Goodweb. Please read them carefully before placing an order. All agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. In addition, all disputes between us will be settled exclusively by the Belgian courts. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

By using this website you agree to these terms and conditions. All transactions with Goodweb are subject to these terms and conditions.

'The company', 'we' or 'us/our' always refers to Goodweb. “Customer” always refers to the person or persons who purchase or agree to purchase goods from the Company. Any reference to the website implies a reference to all URLs owned by Goodweb.

1. Prices

All prices are in euros. They include VAT at the applicable rate, unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders

To purchase a product, you must first add the product to your shopping cart. If you have added the desired products to your shopping cart, you can enter your contact details and billing information. You must then provide us with the necessary information for the payment of the products. If we have received all previous data, you will get an overview page. If you accept this, your purchase is final. The purchase contract can be concluded in the language of the website from which you are purchasing.

We accept orders via online transactions (secure server). All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and approval by the card issuer. We accept iDeal, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Bancontact/MisterCash, Maestro and KBC. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize your payment to us, we cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery and/or non-delivery of your order. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.

Please note: minors (under 18 years of age) are not allowed to purchase unless they have parental or guardian consent.

3. Delivery

Ordered products will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery method. All delivery charges are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order within the estimated delivery time. The maximum delivery period is 14 days, counting from the day after your order. All goods are delivered subject to their availability. Promotions always run during the specified period or while stocks last. If we are unable to deliver your goods within 14 days, we will notify you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 14 days, you can cancel the undelivered orders / products at any time after you have been informed of the late delivery. If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund of the relevant item or items. If the goods delivered by us were damaged during transport, do not correspond to the items stated on the delivery note or do not correspond to the items you ordered, you must report this and return the items to us within 7 calendar days after their receipt. If we do not receive such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by the company. Our liability in such cases is limited to the value of the items which are shown not to have been received by the customer.

4. Returning and exchanging items

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from GoldenPaw and strive to provide you with excellent quality, value for money and great service at all times. If you wish to return an item for an exchange, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the products to us within 30 calendar days of receipt. The products must be sent in their original packaging and with the label. When appropriate, we will exchange the item(s) or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note.

If you wish to return an item, all you have to do is surf to our return portal and follow simple steps:

Please return the item in its original packaging within 30 calendar days, together with the present packing slip. When appropriate, we will exchange the item or refund the full cost, including any delivery costs incurred. The customer is responsible for the safe shipment of the goods.

5. Warranty

All products are warranted against defects resulting from manufacturing or material defects. The warranty lasts 24 months from the date of the initial invoice (unless stated otherwise). Defects caused by accidents, negligence or misuse are not covered by the warranty.

If you have received a product in a damaged condition, please inform us first. You can contact us via We will look at how we can offer a solution and will ask you to return the item. The return costs will be refunded in this case (according to the standard postal rates). You send the damaged product, together with a description of the damage, with sufficient postage to our return address. Also add your account number so that we can make the refund.

Please also clearly indicate what is wrong with the purchased product, or indicate where something is not right. All items must be returned to us in a neat and orderly condition, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

6. Products

All products are sold alone unless otherwise stated and are not always available in every outlet. We make every effort to ensure that the colors on the website correspond as closely as possible to those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, certain colors may differ.

7. Distance Selling Regulations

In accordance with the distance selling regulations, you have the right, within 14 calendar days from the day after the delivery date, to cancel any order placed through the website for a refund, provided that the goods have not been used. This does not apply to perishable goods, unsealed software or items that have been personalized or made according to your instructions.

To cancel an item, please send us an e-mail at stating your customer number and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items and keep all original packaging, and you must not use the items. The items must be returned within 14 calendar days after you have sent us your cancellation notice. They can be returned to our customer service (see contact details). All items will be returned at your expense. In the case of damaged or incorrect items, we will refund the costs upon receipt of the items. If we receive the items in unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive the refund within 30 days of your cancellation notice.

8. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations if this is the result of or caused by labor disputes or any other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, such as acts of God, riot, flood, fire, strike, lockout, difficulty finding transportation and the enactment of laws. If due to such circumstances it becomes impossible for the company to deliver all or part of the ordered items within a reasonable period of time, the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already delivered, plus any associated delivery costs.

9. Content

Any information contained on our website(s) or contained in any of the Company's printed materials is not considered mandatory or recognized as best practice. It should only be regarded as useful additional advice in addition to other recognized codes of practice. All information on our website is regularly updated.

10. Pricing and Misprints

We check prices and specifications to the best of our ability. While we make every effort to ensure they are correct, we accept no responsibility for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to change our prices and specifications without notice.

11. Ownership of Goods

All items delivered to the customer shall remain the property of GoodWeb until payment of all amounts due for such items has been received by us.

If we cannot resolve your complaint immediately, we will inform you of the estimated timeframe. We will keep you informed of any investigation.

13. Safety

We make every effort to protect the safety of users of our online ordering service as much as possible. We use SSL (secure socket layer) technology to keep your information secure during all sales transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted so that third parties cannot read it. 17. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will pay you back using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
