    For a horizontal portrait, it's best to use a landscape photo. For a vertical portrait, use a portrait photo.

  • Which size should I choose?
    A4 is usually suitable for vertical photos of one or two dogs, or you and your dog. We recommend 40x60 cm for multiple people and/or dogs. Preferably use a landscape photo.

  • What is the delivery time?
    On average, it takes two to five business days to create your unique portrait. Once it ships, it usually takes another day or two to arrive.

  • Is the portrait ready to hang on the wall?
     Yes, when ordering a frameless portrait, we'll include a hanging hook. You can also choose the framed option when placing your order.

  • I don't have a high-quality photo, what now?
    It's best to choose a high-quality photo, but we understand this isn't always possible. In that case, we'll improve the quality and prepare the photo to achieve the best possible result.

  • What kind of wood do you use?
    We use high-quality birch plywood (class I) for our work.

  • My photo is good but the background isn't, can that be changed?
    Yes, that's possible! Just mention this with your order. If you have any specific requests for the background, let us know, and we'll adjust it for the best result.
